How to order
1.You could inquiry through online search, telephone, email or customer service ,QQ and WeChat. Please tell us the product name or CAS number, article number and quantity that you need . Customer service will quickly check the inventory with relevant internal departments and make quotation according to your requirements, for futures products will give you a customization time.
2.For confirm the order, we will provide you an order confirmation form or contract. Upon receipt of the contract, please kindly confirm the product details, consignee information and invoice information, then stamp and send it back to us. You also could confirm it with us by e-mail.
3.Payment shall be same as the payment terms of the contract. Our warehouse personnel will delivery the goods in accordance with the order placed.The spot products shall be deliveried within 1-3 working days, and the futures products shall be deliveried in accordance with the agreed time.
